Refund policy

RETURNS

The possibility of returning items applies for a period of 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them qualify for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted: (if applicable)

  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned after the 14-day period following delivery

Refunds (if applicable) Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dutch-grow.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dutch-grow.com and send your item to Dutch Grow B.V., Henckenshagenstraat 5, 4834 KX, Breda.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
